MEET ENTRY GUIDELINES
Entry Information
  • ALL REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE ONLINE – PAYMENT AT THE MEET
  • DEADLINE – FRIDAY 12:00 Noon for ALL MEETS
  • NO DAY OF MEET REGISTRATION or CHANGES
Entry Lists
  • The online entry system automatically generates a registration status report
  • Verify your entry by checking this report
Seeding
  • Meet seeded Friday 2:00pm
  • NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS ONCE MEET IS SEEDED
Athlete Requirements
  • A 2015 USATF Membership is required for the online registration system
  • DOB verification will be required beginning with the May 31 meet
Club Entries
  • Club contact/coaches register by logging in on the right side of the entry screen
  • Enter the individual membership # and password of coach or contact
  • Note: the person logging in must have a background check and administrative access to the club management area
  • Individuals on a club that are registering on their own will follow instructions for unattached athletes below
Unattached
Entries
  • Unattached athletes or club individuals registering on their own will use the right side of the entry screen
  • Enter the individual membership number and password of the athlete registering
  • Follow thru the entry process, acknowledge waiver and pay at meet.
Notes:
  • Please provide a seed time/mark if available. Events 200M and 400M (& 800M for some age divisions) will be seeded by time.
