PITTSBURGH — The Pacer Track Club earned its third consecutive Youth Cross Country Challenge (YXCC) club crown after the TRA XC Championships on November 3rd. Through the entire series, the club brought the largest contingent of athletes to secure crucial club participation points while earning several 1st place team finishes among the various age divisions. The team’s 2018 series score was 6335 and six of the 12 individual champions donned the team jersey.
The Pacers will receive the $500 gift card, team plaque and commemorative cooler bags for all participating athletes and club coaches.

The 2018 version on the Youth Cross Country saw new and repeat champions lead by Marcelle Minutolo, Sam Cranganu, Lenna Birchard, and Renz Weinmann who earned perfect scores this season. Birchard and Weinmann also won the individual crowns in previous years; 2017 and 2016 respectively.
Other repeat winners include Jenna Lang, Lydia Rhodes, Cooper Timberman, and Holden Eagle.
